I assist in matters relating to trademark,trade and domain names, and design rights, and in questions of marketing law. I regularly represent my clients in court hearings and other proceedings. I draft agreements in connection with IPR, and develop strategies for our clients to protect and defend their immaterial rights, and to draw the most benefit for them. I help them manage their trademark portfolios cost-effectively and to use different protection schemes to their advantage.

In addition, I am actively engaged in writing and lecturing on immaterial rights.

My hobbies are outdoor activities, particularly cycling, jogging and fishing
